About Me

I love to read, chat with friends, run with my dog, cook dinner with my husband and cheer my 3 kids on in their plethora of activities. I am a young breast cancer survivor who credits a holistic and integrative approach to wellness for my own renewed and stable health.

As a yoga teacher it is my intention that each person leaves class feeling better, learns something new about themselves or a pose, feels a part of the class community and most of all laughs and finds that magical moment when movement and breath connects. 

First and foremost, I am always a student, always seeking and looking to expand my horizons.  I have learned so much from all of my teachers, but most of all I am inspired by my students. 

Yoga combined with a mindful and holistic lifestyle has helped me to get thru many twists and turns in my life with grace, perseverance and gratitude.  I can't wait to share it with you!
